The Singapore Pit Building was built as a result of the Singapore SingTel Grand Prix. Located at 1 Republic Boulevard, The Pit Building is owned by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). As the Singapore Grand Prix is only held every September period, The Pit Building is usually vacant before and after the race. Hence, during the non-race period, the 13 areas in the Pit Building is available for rental. These areas includes 9 hospitality suites on the second and third level and 4 garages located at the first floor.
