We will transfer personal data of APACTix customers, such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Purchase History and Marketing Subscription Preferences to Ticketmaster Singapore.
We will make it as easy and effortless for you during this transition. Please bear with us during this period. Should fans have any queries, here are some FAQs to help address your concerns.
1. I have an existing APACTix account. Do I still need to create an account with Ticketmaster Singapore?
Yes, you are required to create a new Ticketmaster Singapore account. A valid mobile number will be needed for validation and verification purposes during account registration.
2. How do I create a new Ticketmaster Singapore account?
Click on “Sign In/Register” here. Enter a valid Email Address and Password to register for a new account.
3. I cannot log in to my Ticketmaster Singapore account. What do I do?
Please ensure you have an existing Ticketmaster Singapore account. If you have an existing account, please click on "Sign In/Register". Proceed to click on the “Forgot your password?” option and please follow the steps to create your new password.
4. How do I manage my subscription preferences on Ticketmaster Singapore?
To join our mailing list, you will first be required to create a Ticketmaster Singapore account. You can manage your subscription preferences under “Let's Keep In Touch!”.
You may also unsubscribe from our communications at any time by sending your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the email address used to subscribe to our newsletters.

Our operating hours are from 10am to 8pm from Mondays to Saturdays and from 12pm to 8pm on Sundays & Public Holidays.
6. I am an existing ticket holder and yet to attend an event, is my ticket still valid?
Yes, your ticket will be valid. All tickets which had been purchased through APACTix for a future event will remain valid. Please retain your existing tickets for entry at the event.
