  • $6 booking fee per ticket for tickets $50 and above
  • $3 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $20 and $49.99
  • $1 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced below $20.00

Admission Policy

  • Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
  • There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 5 years old.
  • Individuals and Children aged 5 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission. 
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Doors open 2 hours before the show. Enjoy local delicacies, and refreshing drinks at the International Food Street and Immersive Photo Zone
  • Deposit counters are available at Marina Bay Sands, Expo & Convention, Level B2.
  • Proceed to Marina Bay Sands, Expo & Convention, Level B2 to collect your festival wristband by presenting your ticket.
  • No professional photography, videography or audio recording.
  • No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.
