  • All CAT 1 ticket holders will receive a special photocard with their ticket.

**SNAPSHOT ADD-ON BENEFITS
  • Ticket holders must purchase a concert ticket.
  • Ticket holders with the Snapshot add-on will be entitled to a 1-to-1 photo-session with the artist. 
  • A Snapshot ticket cannot be purchased / used without a purchase of a ticket (any category) for the fanmeeting itself.
  • Please remain seated after concert and await Venue staff instructions.

NOTE:

  • Limited to only 5 tickets per transaction.
  • Ticket Pricing excludes Booking Fee. Booking Fee is as follows:
    • $4 booking fee per ticket for tickets $30 and above
    • $2 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $20 and $29.99
    • $1 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced below $20.00

  2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
  3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
  4. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
  5. We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.⁠

Admission Policy

Admission Rules:

  1. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
  2. There will be no admission for infant in arms and ndividuals aged 12 years old and below.
  3. Individuals aged 12 years and above will require a ticket for admission.
  4. No photography and videography allowed.
  5. iPads and tablets will not be allowed into the venue.
