1. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
4. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.

1. This is a vaccinated-only event. Proof of vaccination status is required to gain entry to the venue.
2. The concession for unvaccinated individuals to perform PET in lieu of being fully vaccinated has been removed. Only fully vaccinated, recovered, or medically ineligible individuals will be admitted. Fully vaccinated individuals refer to those who have completed their full vaccination regime (Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or any vaccines recognised in the World Health Organization’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL*) such as Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sinopharm, and AstraZeneca and had their vaccination records registered in MOH’s national IT systems at least 14 days before the event date; You may check your vaccinated status here.)
3. If you were fully vaccinated abroad, please ensure that your vaccination record has been updated in the National Immunization Registry. Hard copies of overseas vaccination certificate are not recognised. Please refer to the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) Post Vaccination Matters FAQ.
4. Entry will be denied for individuals who are unable to provide the relevant identification or documents pertaining to vaccination status and no refunds will be allowed for tickets purchased.

1. Admission to show is by full ticket only. Tickets (either e-copy or printed copy) must be produced for admission.
2. All unauthorised photography, videography and social media live streaming are strictly prohibited.
3. Flowers, food and beverage are not allowed into the venue.
4. Infants in arms and children below 4 years old will not be admitted. Individuals aged 4 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
5. Where the Show Rating indicates an age restriction, proof of identity may be required. Advisories concerning Mature Content and Coarse Language should be noted at all times.

1. Patrons are advised to adhere to Safe Management Measures when visiting the venue:
   1. You are required to do SafeEntry check-in via TraceTogether App or Token to record entry and verify vaccination status.
   2. Masks must be worn at all times.
   3. You are not allowed to intermingle with other groups.
