1. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
3. The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
4. There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.

Vaccination Requirement

• This event is a vaccinated-only event. All event attendees will be required to show valid proof of vaccination as a condition of entry into the venue. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated will be denied entry (with or without valid PET).
• If you are fully vaccinated abroad, please ensure that your vaccination record is updated in the National Immunization Registry. Hard copy of overseas vaccination certificate will not be recognised. Please refer to the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) Post Vaccination Matters FAQ.
• Entry will be denied for individuals who are unable to provide the relevant identification or documents pertaining to vaccination status and no refunds will be allowed for tickets purchased.

Safe Management Measures

• Patrons must have the TraceTogether App/Token to check in to Safe Entry.
• All patrons are required to wear their face masks at all times.
• Safe distancing is encouraged but not required between individuals or groups

Admission Rules

• Admission to the venue by valid e-ticket and proof of vaccination.
• No admission for infants in arms and children under 12 years old.
• Children aged 12 and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
• No flash photography or videography is allowed.
• No outside food and beverages are allowed into the venue. Disposable bottles must be discarded prior to entering the venue.
